LIBERTY TWP - Marion B. Watson, 102, passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2018. She left this world for heaven to join her beloved husband, O. Stanley Watson. They were married October 8, 1938 and lived in Girard for 58 Years. Marion was born March 4, 1916 on a farm in Niles, Ohio, the daughter of Ward and Ida Bolin. She loved and was devoted to her family and will be greatly missed by her children and grandchildren who loved her very much. She loved spending time with her family, taking care of the house, cooking and baking (especially cookies) and making holiday dinners. Her grandchildren will always cherish the wonderful memories of all the time they spent with her and their grandfather. Marion leaves behind her daughter, Linda Lindsay of Girard and her son, Stan (Marilyn) Watson of Canfield. Grandchildren, Lorri Matey, Julie Simpson, Rick Watson, Stan Watson and Ross Watson, as well as 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband O. Stanley Watson, sister Nell Purser, brother-in-law Joe Purser, brother Ross Bolin and son-in-law, Gary Lindsay. Private family services were held at Crown Hill Burial Park's Chapel Mausoleum. Burial took place in Crown Hill Burial Park. Arrangements have been entrusted to Selby-T.J. Fox Funeral Home.
