MRS. JEAN BEATY, age 70, of Jamestown, passed away on Saturday, Sep 22, 2018 at home.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel. Burial will follow in the SHARP PLACE CEMETERY.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

I must say of Jean that she was unfailingly devoted to her family. She was there unselfishly when friends needed her help or emotional support.
The mother of Mother Hens, the shoulder in the deluge of tears, the strongest back bone in such a little frame taking on the world it seemed.
Bless her kind and loving heart, she was always the 'go-to person'. I rarely, if ever heard her complain. It seemed to be her lot in life to be there for every needy heart.
She will be sorely missed by me and I am quite sure...many others. She loved life, God and Family and I am sure not wanting to leave us all behind.
Rest happily in the presence of our Lord dear Jean and Thank you for all you've done for us! I hope you left knowing how much you were cherished.
