She was born to Fredrick and Velma (Leabo) Molzan in Washington.
Irma married Donald E. Phillips on July 1, 1939 at Vancouver, Clark County, Washington.
She was a longtime resident of Sweet Home. (Lower Pleasant Valley Road)
Irma is survived by two sons, eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband Don Phillips, sons Edward
Eddie" Phillips and Hiram "Hap" Phillips and one granddaughter.
A graveside service will be Monday at Lewis Cemetery.
