Mr. Stark died Sunday, Oct. 30, 2005, in Lawrence.
He was born Feb. 14, 1970, in Fairbanks, Alaska, the son of David H. and Mary A. Neibling Stark. He graduated as a certified nursing assistant and home health care aide from Kaw Valley Vocational Technical School in Topeka in 1992.
Mr. Stark worked as a certified nursing assistant and home health care aide until 2005.
Survivors include his father, David Stark; his mother, Mary Freeman, Lawrence; and a son, Carlin Tomas Stark, Kansas City, Kan.
The family suggests memorials to the Lawrence Community Shelter, sent in care of Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home in Lawrence.
