JANET MARIE LOVE, 76, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, after a long illness. A lifelong resident of Fort Wayne, she was born March 18, 1942 to Leo and Esther (Roussey) Houser. She was a 1960 graduate of Central Catholic High School and worked in data processing at Peoples Trust Bank for 23 years. She married Richard Love on June 17, 1972. She enjoyed music, playing Euchre, time at the lake, and being with her husband on the golf course. Her beautiful smile showed her love for everyone. Her strong faith in God and the loving care of her husband helped her through each day of her illness. Her love for her family led her to spend countless hours with her sisters, nieces, and nephews. Surviving are her husband of 46 years, Richard; sisters, Carol Wilch, Mary Ellen Ratliff, Pat (Tim) Kerlin; sisters-in-law, Jyl Strand, Roxanne (Jim) Firks; and multiple nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Donnie; and her twin sister, Jean Madigan. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 4916 Trier Rd., with one hour of calling prior to the Mass. Calling also from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018, at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, with a Rosary Service at 7 p.m. Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Ind.
