Funeral services for Benjamin Larry Robertson, 56, of Monroe, LA will be held at Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, May 10, 2007 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Shannon Pullen and Rev. Shane Carter officiating. Interment will follow at South Central Cemetery under the direction of Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home in Winnsboro.
Mr. Robertson was born October 16, 1950 and passed away Monday May 7, 2007. He was a resident of Monroe, a retired boat captain, and a member of the Pentecostal faith.
He was preceded in Death by: Father-Dock Robertson, Mother-Dorothy Beatrice (McDonald) Robertson, 1 Brother-Vernon Robertson, 3 Sisters-Ida Mae Spillman, Shirley Nugent, and Dollie Osborne.
Survivors include: 2 Daughters-Selena Carter of West Monroe, La. and Theresa Guerrero of Denham Springs, La.
4 Brothers-James Buster Robertson of Monroe, La., Billy "Doc" Robertson of West Monroe, La., Roy Daniel Robertson of Clarks, La., Carter Robertson of Winnsboro, LA; 1 Sister-Catherine Graves of Pearl, Miss. He was also survived by 5 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Philip Robertson, Chris Robertson, Beau Graves, J. J. Robertson, Mitchell Monfette, and Mark Rowton. Honorary Pallbearers will be Grandsons: Nathaniel Carter, Seth Carter, and Chandler Guerrero.
