Billy Ray Hubbard, 77, of Oneida, KY, passed away on Thursday, September 20th, at Memorial Hospital in Manchester.
Billy was born in Manchester, KY on March 31, 1941, a son of the late Martha (Jones) Hubbard and Toleman Hubbard. He was retired from the Clay County Fiscal Court.
Billy is survived by the following sons: Douglas (Edith) Hubbard of Goose Rock, Toleman Hubbard of Oneida, Ricky (Charlene) Hubbard of Horse Creek, and Paul Hubbard of Oneida. He is also survived by daughters: Angela Hubbard of Oneida, Lorene (Willie) Sizemore of Oneida, and Lucy (Joseph) Hubbard Smith of Goose Rock.
He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and one great grandson: Billy Glenn Hubbard, Austin Hubbard, Mary Lawanda Ann Hubbard, Edith Angela Hubbard, Ricky Allen Hubbard, Christopher Hubbard, Nikita Hubbard, Benjamin Hubbard (great grandson), Willie Sizemore, Latosha Sizemore, Markita Sizemore, Kaytlyn Sizemore, Dalton Sizemore, and Brooklyn Sizemore.
Willy is also survived by one brother, Charlie Hubbard of Beech Creek.
In addition to his parents, Willy was preceded in death by his wife Edith Bowling Hubbard, his daughter Clara Hubbard, and the following brothers and sisters: Henry Hubbard, Junior Hubbard, Sam Hubbard, Joe Hubbard, George Hubbard, Pearl Hubbard, Flora Hubbard, Mary Bowling, Ella Lee and Allie Hubbard.
Services will be held at 2:00PM on Monday, September 24th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY with Mark Bowling, Timmy Bowling, and Tony Bowling officiating. Burial will follow at the Smith Sizemore Cemetery.
Visitation will be held after 6:00PM on Sunday, September 23rd at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY.
