Bob was employed with Wabash Products at Terre Haute for many years. He was born November 24, 1930 in West Terre Haute to Garnett Woolley and Myrtle Drake Woolley.
His Wife, Wilma Jo Woolley preceded him in death on December 30, 1999.
Survivors include: three daughters and sons-in-law: JoAnn Switzer and her husband Gary, Mary “Maggie” Braden and her husband John, and Debbie Williams and her husband Joe all of West Terre Haute; four sons and daughters-in-law James Simpson and his wife Angela of Ringo, GA, Ron Simpson and his wife Joyce of Terre Haute, Bob Woolley and his wife Cheri of West Terre Haute, and Greg Woolley and his wife Pam of Dennison, IL; two sisters Margaret and
Joann; thirty one grandchildren; fifty four great grandchildren; fifteen great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by a daughter Wanda Fox and her husband Jack, a son Wesley Woolley, and a grandson.
Bob was a member of the West Terre Haute First Baptist Church. He had been a coach for the West Terre Haute Little League for many years. He enjoyed gardening and was a big IU fan.
Burial will be in Bethesda Memorial Park with military graveside rites by the Vigo County Veterans Honor Guard.
