MATTIE ARDELIA TAYLOR ROBINSON, 87, of Memphis and widow of Cooper Robinson, Sr., passed away May 1, 2007 at Saint Francis Hospital. Visitation, Monday, May 7 from 4-6:30 p.m. at N.J. Ford and Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services, Tuesday, May 8, 11 a.m. at Mt. Moriah East Baptist Church, 1248 Haynes Road, where she was a member. Burial in Memphis National Cemetery. She is survived by five daughters, Geraldine Nelson (Howard), Peggy Booker (Leonard), Carlene Matthews (Robert), Charlene Toney (Ulysses) and Brenda Wiseman (Ronnie); two sons, Cooper Robinson, Jr. and Jerry Robinson, all of Memphis; two sisters, Lula Taylor and Christine Berry; three brothers, Willie Taylor (Evelyn), Benjamin Taylor and Hubert Taylor (Valarie), all of Chicago, IL; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
