Mr. Edgar Cecil Miller, 94, of Martinsburg, WV. died Thursday, September 20, 2018 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Mr. Miller, born in Berkeley County, WV; was the son of the late Theodore Burton Miller and Lillie Barrett Miller, and the widower of Ethel Elizabeth Miller. He was also preceded in death by a great grandchild; two brothers, Charles and Bruce Miller; four sisters, Elsie Marie Miller, Anna Elizabeth Youtz, Gladys Barrett and Betty Hammersley.
He was a World War II Veteran of the U.S. Army. He was retired from the VA Medical Center after 35 years of service.
He is survived by two daughters, Sandra Barron (Gene), Sharon Riggs (Raymond); four sons, Michael W. Miller, (Ruby), Glenn K. Miller, Troy E. Miller and Edgar C. Miller, Jr.; ten grandchildren; Danny, Jimmy and Kevin Barron, Scotty Cook, Michael Miller, Annette Donivan, Michelle Sailliez, TJ, Jessica and Jason Miller; four great grandchildren and companion, Toby.
