Mrs. Carrie Viola Baldwin, MR1, widow of Claude Baldwin, died last night in the Cumberland County Nursing Home. She was 77 years old.

She was born on Aug. 21, 1886, a daughter of the late John and Sarah Green Hetrick and was a member of the Marysville Methodist Church. She formerly lived with her daughter, Mrs. Merle E. Berry, MR1.

In addition to Mrs. Berry, she is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Harry S. Hart, RD1, Lewisberry; two sons, Fred L., RD4, and Guy H., Marysville; three brothers, Guy and Gene Hetrick, both of Duncannon and Stewart Hetrick, New Cumberland; three sisters Panzie Cain, Middletown; Mrs. Charles Groff, Duncannon, and Mrs. Stella Cox, Wormleysburg, 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Hoffman Funeral Home, 219 North Hanover Street. The Rev. J. A. Leatherman, pastor of. Allison Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Oberlin Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday night at the funeral home.
