**Dolores ‘Lois’ Ann West, age 77, of Ardmore, AL passed away on September 21, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Barbersville, KY on January 14, 1941, daughter of the late Denny & Bernice Voiles Murphy. She was a homemaker and was a member of Friendship Stateline Freewill Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Kelly Ray Henderson and brother, Bud Slenker.
Mrs. West is survived by her husband: Jay West of Ardmore, AL; daughters: Tina (Roger) Troup of Lawrenceburg, TN, Jennifer (Monty) O’Neal of Fayetteville, TN and Jacqueline West of Toney, AL; sons: Timothy Slenker and Roger (Jackie) Henderson all of Fayetteville, TN; brother: Mike (Laura) Murphy of Cumberland, KY; eighteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Friendship Stateline Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Rusty Lincoln officiating and Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home in charge. Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Friendship Stateline Freewill Baptist Church.
