Tommie Jackson Jr., 83, of Waterbury, entered into the gates of heaven on September 6, 2018 at Abbott Terrace Rehabilitation Center. He was the longtime companion of Jacqueline Wright for 40 years.
Tommie was born in Tuskegee, Alabama on January 25, 1935, son of the late Tommie Jackson Sr. and Tazzie Dinkins.
He worked for Pratt & Whitney as a Heat Treater for over 28 years. He loved fishing and music.
Tommie leaves behind to cherish his memory his children, siblings, his grandchildren and his great grandchildren.
Arrangements: A funeral service will be held on September 12th, 10:00 AM at Chase Parkway Memorial, The Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury.
Burial will follow at New Pine Grove Cemetery.
A calling hour will be held from 9:00 – 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
