Ruby Lane age 85 of Knoxville, passed away September 19, 2018 at U.T. Hospital. Retired from Knox County Schools.
Preceded in death by son, Kenneth Lane; parents, Wilker and Mossie Bunch; sisters, Geneva Keith and Joann Peebles.
Survived by loving husband, J.C. Lane; daughter, Carla (Gary) Watts; son, Rick (Ruth) Lane; grandchildren, Chris and Shane Watts, Brandi Wooliver, Ryan and Jessie Lane and Isaac Lane; 7 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jim and John Bunch; sisters, Katherine Keith and Betty Hackney.
The family will receive friends 2-4 pm Saturday at Weaver Funeral Home with the service to follow at 4 pm. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 am Sunday at Oak Ridge Memorial Park for an 11 am interment.
