Lorraine Sams, 94 of Covington, KY passed away on September 8th, 2018 at her home. She was a homemaker and a member of the Locust Pike Pentecostal Church of God.
She is survived by her sons; John Sams, Wade Sams, and Donald Sams. Daughters; Dianna Vance and Georgia Henson and Sister Ruth Lehman, 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband John Sams and daughter Almeda Plogman, brother Royce Vice and sister Opal Eversole.
A Visitation will be held at Cooper Funeral Home on Thursday September 13th, 2018 from 2-6pm. Services will follow at 6pm, with the burial to follow at Peach Grove Cemetery.
