Patricia "Pat" Ann Pitts Hendricks, 76, of Tifton, passed away September 13, 2018 at Tift Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services were held in the Chapel of Bowen Donaldson Home for Funerals.

Mrs. Hendricks was born May 19, 1940 in Tifton County. She was the daughter of the late Jake W. Pitts and Allie Nolan Pitts. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Stephen "Claude" Hendricks, Jr.; three brothers, William Pitts, Buddy Pitts and Billy Joe Pitts; and one sister, Videria Luke.

Mrs. Hendricks is survived by one son of Tifton; one brother and three sisters.
Bowen Donaldson Home for Funerals were in charge of services and care for the Hendricks Family.
