Dr. Philip Hoxie Coleman, 80, of Spotsylvania County passed away Monday, Oct. 7, 2013, at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Coleman was a member of Fredericksburg Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara E. Coleman; sons John Philip Coleman (Melissa) and Michael Bernard Coleman (Angela); grandchildren Morgan, Bradley, Benjamin and Kayla; great-grandson Ryland; three nieces; and two nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at Oak Hill Cemetery.
