Elizabeth June Betty' Dowell Chula Vista Our beloved matriarch passed away August 20th, 2018. She was married to the late CDR James W. Dowell for 73 years and is survived by 4 children, 13 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 24 great-great grandchildren. Everyone loved Grandma Betty and she will be dearly missed. Funeral Mass to be held October 12th, 2018, 11:00 am at St. Pius X, 36 East Naples, Chula Vista, CA. Interment Miramar National Cemetery. January 23, 1924 - August 20, 2018
