Glenn Troy Bryant, age 75 of Jasper passed away Sunday, September 16, 2018 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital. He was born December 11, 1942 to Ralph and Stella Bryant in Pickens County.
Survivors include his wife, Yvonne Bryant of Jasper; son, Troy Bryant of Jasper; daughter, Chrissy Stamey of Ranger; grandchildren, Braxton Stamey and Ryland Stamey; and brother, Kenneth Bryant. Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.
Glenn was preceded in death by his father and mother, Ralph and Stella Bryant; brother, Truman Bryant; and sisters, Annie Ruth Callahan and Elise Medlin.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Friendship Baptist Church with Reverend Rembert Hancock and Reverend Ronnie Ray officiating. Interment will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
