Faye loved being outside. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, embroidery, sitting in the sun, and fishing with her beloved husband.
She leaves to mourn her passing, her children, Shirlean James of Milton, KY, Shelby Brierly McClure and her husband David of Milton, KY, Donald Hughes and his wife Susan of Bedford, KY, Rita Stangle and her husband Kenny of Carrollton, KY, Patricia Faye Goodman and her husband Kevin of Shepherdsville, KY, step-son Ronald Hughes and his wife Donna of Bedford, KY; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, and several step-grandchildren.
Dora is preceded in death by her parents; husband Shelby Richard Hughes; one son Bobby Gene Hughes; four brothers and one sister.
