Born January 19, 1954, in Covington, KY, he was the son of the late John Matthew and Virginia Marie Lytle Etler. Jeff served his country in the United States Army and then the Army Reserves for 6 additional years. He was a Licensed Practical Nurse, beginning his career at Owen County Memorial Hospital in 1988. In 2001 he moved to Frankfort Regional Medical Canter where he was until the time of his passing. Jeff loved spending time with his grandchildren, family and friends. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Marsha Allnutt Etler; children, Bo Taylor, Natasha Goodrich, Randy Stafford and Rodney Stafford; grandchildren, Blake Collins, Caleb, Cayden and Camren Stafford; great-grand children, Ryli and Taylor Collins and his sister, Mary McAnear.
