She was the daughter of Gerhard and Fredonia (Schnelle) Leugers. On Dec 19, 1959, she married Frank D. Bailey, Sr., who preceded her in death.
Surviving are three sons: Frank, Jr., Russells Point, John (Tonya), Jackson Center, and Richard (Mindy) Bailey, Lakeview; two daughters: Tammy (Ronnie) Butcher, Chillicothe, Connie (Jamie Sims) McNeal, Lima; four brothers: Joe (Kathy) and Wayne, both Lakeview, Mike (Sue), Huntsville, and Roger (Kim) Leugers, Belle Center; five sisters: Judy (Delbert) Knisley, Washington Court House, Sharon (Ron) Amrine, West Mansfield, Hope (Ken) Martin, Bellefontaine, Mary (Bill) Comer, Huntsville, and Joy Tavenner, Russells Point; and thirteen grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchilldren.
Deceased are two brothers and a sister, all linked below.
Retired in 1985 from Westinghouse, Bellefontaine, and in 2005 from Holloways, Jackson Center, she enjoyed collecting salt and pepper shakers, Pillsbury Doughboy collectibles, crocheting blankets and canning apples. She was a "diehard" fan of the OSU Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns and Altlanta Braves. She loved and cherished her family.
Services will be at Shoffstall Funeral Home, Lakeview. Burial is in Huntsville Cemetery.
