Leslie is remembered for being the 1994 Penthouse Pet of the Year Runner-up. She also founded Pet-4-Pets, an animal rescue and care organization. Born Leslie Fisher in Baltimore, Maryland, she began her career in boxing circles in the late 1980s. In early 1992, she was offered a chance at a photo shoot in Penthouse Magazine, and became the Penthouse Pet for February 1992. After several layouts, she became one of the more sought-after models in the industry, and made several showings in Penthouse films. She founded an animal rescue and care organization, Pet-4-Pets, to take care of homeless and abused animals. She was known as a mentor and counselor for industry newcomers, and for her compassionate willingness to help others. In June 1998, she was diagnosed with cancer of the colon. She died of cancer in her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland at the age of 36.
