Homer was my Great-grandfather. Son of Abraham Lincoln and Mancey Ellen Edmonds Underwood. His 1st wife was Venie Boyd Hall Johnson ran off/divorced him. He married Esther Maihoff Stehl May 8th, 1944. Brother to Leatha E Houston, Mandy M., Dora Lee Woodruff, Oliff G., Ollie B. Underwood. Half Siblings to Dora, Ivy, Belle, Basil M. And Hazel Ellen Oliver Williams Underwood. He and his 1st wife had 3 children, Myrtle Mozella Underwood Watase Vaughn, E C, and Cecil Glenn Underwood. I have very few memories of him, as I was just shy of my 4th birthday when he passed.
