Amy attended Lincoln Elementary, Erik Ramstad Junior High, and Minot High School. She attended Minot State University.
She was once joined in marriage to Ryan Chitwood, and they were blessed with a son, Matthew Lloyd, on July 10, 1995. Matthew passed away at age 12 days. Daughter, Caitlin, was born on December 3, 1996.
Amy married Benjamin Johnson on August 17, 2007.
Amy fought many battles - physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Amy had a special relationship with her sisters, Annie and Amanda.
When Amy left this world, she was surrounded by her pack: Rico, Madelyn, Peyton, and Sophia.
