Judith Ann Jensen (1939 - 2018)
Judy Jensen was born on February 6, 1939 to Francis W. Foster and Kathryn (Kelly) Foster in Spokane, Washington. She passed peacefully at age 79 surrounded by family in her home on September 4, 2018 in Lincoln, California. Judy was a loving and giving person to all. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Henry Jensen; her son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Linda Jensen; her daughter and son-in-law, Lisa (Jensen) and Frank King; and four grandchildren, Caitlin and Eric Jensen and Cassie and Frankie King.
Judy was preceded in death by her son, Craig Jensen; her sisters, Marilyn McMahon and Mary Francis (Kitten) Halverson; and her brother, William (Bill) Foster. Judy had a fulfilling nursing career of 40 years and was a dedicated volunteer of many organizations, including Children's Hospital Oakland. She loved her Irish Heritage, gardening, Bing Crosby music and a good hot fudge sundae. Judy was one of the kindest people you could ever meet. She walked up to every person with a smile, a warm hello and a positive comment. She will be sorely missed.
