Evansville, Ind.
Esther Elizabeth Gray, 97, of Evansville, passed away Friday, January 16, 2015 at Parkview Care Center.
She was preceded in death by her infant son, Sherman Lee; and her husband, Arthur Gray.
Esther is survived by her close friends and caretakers, Mary and Harold Decamps; sister-in-law, Estella Gray; and, nieces and nephews.
Esther's life as a military wife took her many places. She enjoyed her close relationship with the Decamps family, and celebrated many holidays and milestones with them. She had a love for cats and enjoyed cross stitching.
Funeral services will be noon Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Alexander North Chapel with burial following in Cadiz, Ky. Friends may visit Wednesday 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
