Wendell Thomas Moyle, 65, Alpine, died of natural causes March 23, 1974, in an American Fork hospital.

Born Dec. 1, 1908, Alpine, to John F. and Vernett Thomas Moyle. Married Lucille Walker. June 15, 1931, Salt Lake LDS Temple. Rancher and farmer. Retired custodial officer, Utah State Prison. Alpine City Councilman. Member, Alpine Soil Conservation District.

Survivors: wife; daughters, Mrs. Clean V. (Meridee) Smith, Calgary, Alberta; Mrs. James A. (Janene) Cooper, Cherokee, N.C.; Mrs. Ronald W. (Kathleen) Rasmussen, Mrs. Alan R. (Susanne) Smith, both Alpine; 17 grandchildren; brother, sisters, H. LaMar, Mrs. Asenath Chipmon, both Magna; Mrs. Glen B. (Maxine) Greenwood, American Fork.

Funeral Wednesday 11:30 a.m., Alpine 2nd LDS Word Chapel. Friends call Anderson and Sons Mortuary, American Fork, Tuesday 7-9 a.m., at the chapel Wednesday hour prior to services. Burial, Alpine City Cemetery.
