Miss Nancy Rush died this morning at the residence of her father, Mr. Elias Rush in Brownsboro, Texas.
Miss Rush had been ill for the last few years, and her sufferings during that time have been great. All human aid could do was done for her, and every wish was fully gratified, but the ravages of the terrible disease could not be stayed.
Miss Rush was a member of church, and during her lifetime was constant in attendance upon its services, as well as being an earnest worker in the different moves that tended to advance the cause of Christ and His Kingdom.
She leaves behind three brothers and three sisters as well as her father and his wife Lizzie, besides a number of other relatives as well as a multitude of friends.
She was preceeded in death by her Mother and three brothers loss in the War.
