Bob is survived by his brothers and sisters: Jim Waggoner (Patty), Carolyn Cooper (Roger), Sandra Majusick (Wally) and John Waggoner (Donna); many nieces and nephews, including: Jeff, Jason, Shannon, Christina, Stacy, Becky and Tracy. Bob was a graduate of Fairview High School and earned his Associate's Degree from Sinclair Community College. He was a self-employed contractor who set up sound systems for many tri-state events.
