Mae Aileen King, age 85, of Caseyville, IL, born on July 3, 1932 in East. St. Louis, IL, died on April 6, 2018 at her residence.

Aileen was a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary in Caseyville Post 1117. She was a supporter of James Robinson Ministries.

Aileen was preceded in death by her parents, Adam and Elsie (nee Pollock) Baum; sisters Anna Smith (nee Baum), Melvina Smith (nee Baum): her brothers Bernard Baum and Adrain Baum.

Aileen was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. She is survived by her children, Carlotta Taylor–White (Barry ) of Caseyville, IL, Gail Spicer (Mike) of Trenton, Il, Gary Baum ( Pam ) of Granite City, IL, Ron Baum ( Michelle) of Spokane, WA., Cathy Baum of Caseyville, IL; stepchildren Alvin King ( Debbie) of St. Peters, MO., Charlene Salyers ( Rod ) of St. Peters, MO., and Mary Bostic of Cahokia, IL. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, whom she adored.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd, Fairview Heights, IL.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 with Pastor Ralph Williams officiating.
Interment at Trenton Cemetery, Trenton, IL.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
