Terry M. Lee, 23 months, of 815 East 110th, died yesterday at the University of Kansas Medical Center following heart surgery. He was born in Gardner. Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Forest Lee, and a brother, Larry Lee of the home; two sisters, Mrs. Barbara McGrath,Topeka, and Mrs. Judy Segraves, Minneapolis; the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Elsie Lee, 3005 Claremont, Independence, and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.R. Hossman, 5714 Highland. Services will be held at 10 o'clock Tuesday at the Meuhlebach chapel; burial in in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 tonight at the chapel
