He was born March 14, 1925, in Cabot, Arkansas to Otha and Pauline Williams.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Yarberry Williams; his parents, three brothers, a sister; and one son, Kenneth Williams.
Odell is survived by his son, Jerry (Dottie) Williams, daughter, Marilyn (John) Bradley; siblings, E. L. Williams and Delola Kyzer; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
He proudly served in the United States Army during World War II. Odell was a mechanic and farmed for many years.
A visitation will begin at noon on Thursday, September 13, 2018, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 P.M. at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial in Rest Hills Memorial Park.
