He graduated from Elk City High School, Class of 1971. Freddie married, Sylvia Ann Johnson on January 13, 2001 in Wheeler, Texas.
Freddie enjoyed fishing, watching westerns, telling stories, visiting with people and collecting coins. He was the type of person who would always help anyone, anytime. He loved his family and friends and enjoyed spending his time with them.
Freddie was a member of Gateway Church in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Gateway Church in Elk City, Oklahoma. Pastor Greg Newton will officiate. Interment will be at Fairlawn Cemetery, Elk City, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to the care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Cherishing his memory are his wife, Sylvia Davis of the home; four sons, Shane Davis and his wife, Tracie, Freddie Davis Jr. and his wife, Deena, Derek Austin Brown, Tyler Johnson and his wife, Brittany all of Elk City, Oklahoma; two daughters, Chasity Ritter and her husband, Lonny and Taylor Davis all of Elk City, Oklahoma; one brother, Dakota Davis of Elk City, Oklahoma; six sisters, Donna Carlton and her husband, Donnie, Patsy Fite and her husband, Ricky, Emma Mitchell, Mary Ellen Kendall and her husband, Lance, Janessa Davis and Jessie Davis all of Elk City, Oklahoma; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three special family members, Che Che, Patricia Davis and Evion Johnson all of Elk City, Oklahoma.
