“Terri” Cox Jenkins, 55, of Columbus, GA passed away Friday, September 7, 2018 at Emory University Hospital Midtown in Atlanta.

A celebration of her life will be held at 5:00 pm EST Friday, September 14, 2018 at the Smith Station Ruritan Club, 2000 Lee Road 430, Smith Station, AL 36877. Arrangements are through Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City.

Mrs. Jenkins was born July 25, 1963 in Rhode Island to Billy Joe Cox and the late Barbara Faye Cox.

She spent most of her working life with J & L Ventures (Georgia Crown) altogether nearly 30 years. She loved her family and camping. On some trips she could be found cross stitching close by her family as they fished.

She is survived by her husband and high school sweetheart of nearly 40 years Todd Jenkins; daughter, Niki Jacobs; siblings, Lori Dubois and Billy Joe Cox, Jr.: her cat, “Lit’l Bit” and grand-dog Chloe; several extended family members and friends.
