Josh was employed at PACE Enterprises as a quality control coordinator. Josh loved being with his family, he possessed a huge heart and would do anything for anyone in need. His hobbies were traveling, gardening, and computers. He enjoyed his WRX, was a Suburu ambassador, and a breeder of huskies.
In addition to his parents, Josh is survived by his wife, Melissa Wise Phillips; two sons, Brandon Phillips and Christopher Phillips; one sister, Amie Gutshall and husband Stephen of Morgantown; father-in-law, Richard Wise; maternal grandmother, Bonnie Cain; sister-in-law, Crystal Dotson and husband Josh; nieces, Isabella, Madeline, Sadie, and Katie; nephew, Adam; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Josh was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Kathy Wise; maternal grandfather, Richard Cain; and paternal grandparents, Julia and Melvin Phillips.
Friends may call at the McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Westover from 2-4 & 6-8 pm Monday and on Tuesday from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am funeral service with Pastor Treg Spicer officiating. Burial will follow at East Oak Grove Cemetery.
