Cynthia "Cindy" Bullard is the first born of Dewey Leslie & Betty Jacqueline (Leys) Bullard. They martied in Dec 30, 1947.
Cindy was the highlight of her family. The oldest of 5 children, she gave pure love like no one else could. Cindy was born with Downs Syndrome, but that never defined her, but rather her heart, sweet laughter & silly jokes captured the hearts of her family & everyone who knew her.
She had 2 favorite songs, "Jesus Loves Me" & "Happy Birthday".
She was her family's angel��
