Obituary of Virginia Rhea Reid
Virginia Rhea Reid, 72, a retired educator, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018, after a long well fought battle with cancer. Memorial Services: Visitation Friday, Sept 7th 5-7 PM. Celebration of life will be held Saturday Sept 8th 11:30 AM at First United Methodist Church of Hurst. Virginia was a teacher and diagnostician in H.E.B and Arlington ISD, insuring quality education for children with special needs. She was a great mother, grandmother, daughter, friend, mentor and role model for many. She was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church of Hurst. Virginia was proceeded in death by her parents Virgil and Laura Reid. Memorials: In lieu of flowers please make donations to Little Pink Houses of Hope, who provide once in a life time trips for Breast Cancer Patients and their families.
