Eugene Young Willis III, 77, of Locust Grove, Va., passed away at Premier Health and Rehab in Little Rock, Ark., Saturday, September 1, 2018.

Born May 3, 1941, to Eugene Y. Willis Jr. and Louise Johns Willis in Charlottesville, Va., he made his life as a gentleman farmer and an accountant. He served his country in the U.S. Army, was a member of the National Rifle Association, Loyal Order of the Moose and Moose Legion and the I.W.L.A. (Izaak Walton League America).

Surviving Eugene is his wife, Jackie; his son, Sam and his wife, Susan; four grandchildren, Kris Karolchyk, Elijah Willis, Noah Willis, and Eden Willis; and his brother, Dr. Amos Willis and his wife, Debbie.

The family will receive guests Thursday, September 6, 2018, 2018, from 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. at Clore-English Funeral Home, 11190 James Monroe Highway, Culpeper, Va. Chapel funeral services will be held Friday, September 7, 2018, at Clore-English Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. with interment to follow in Culpeper Masonic Cemetery with military honors provided by VFW Post 2524 Honor Guard.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Beth Sholom Temple, 805 Lyons Blvd., Fredericksburg, VA 22406.
