Ronnie is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Rebecca “Becky” Henderson; children, Shane (Holly) Henderson, Jason (Jessica) Henderson, and Stacey Mills; five grandchildren, Ryan Henderson, Drew Henderson, Brooklyn Mills, Nicholas Mills, and Gabrielle; brothers, Jerry (Eileen) Henderson and Danny (Patty) Henderson; mother-in-law, Ruth Johns. Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil Henderson, Vellie Henderson White and Claude White; brother, Jimmy Henderson and sister, Debbie Lovelady.
He was a member of Gardendale First Baptist Church. Ronnie spent many years coaching children and was called “Coach” by many.
Visitation will be Friday, September 7, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at The New Gardendale Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with burial to follow at Oakwood Memorial Gardens
