Larry E. McCoy, Sr., 73, of Charleston, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2018.
His graveside funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 7, 2018 at Union Cemetery, rural Charleston.
Larry was born January 24, 1945 at Jefferson County, KY, son of Edd and Georgia (Land) McCoy. He is survived by his children: Lori King, Larry E. (Kristine) McCoy, Jr., Michael K. McCoy, and William S. McCoy. Eight grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother: Frank McCoy; and one sister: Patricia McCoy.
Larry was a self-employed welder and had also worked for Sims Contracting.
