He was preceded in death by his father, Whirley Garnett Jones; mother, Laura Ann Jamerson; and a brother, Rocky Jones.
"Mac" is survived by his wife, Sharon Boonie Jones and sons, Floyd "Lee" Fetty (Connie), Michael Jones (Niki), Matthew Jones (Niccole)
"Mac" was a founding member of New Song United Methodist Church of Mechanicsville. He enjoyed hunting, camping, and was a citation salt and freshwater fisherman.
