Kari graduated from Verden High School in 1994. She worked as an assistant manager for Chickasha Industrial for 20 years. She attended First Baptist Church of Verden.
Kari is survived by her fiancé, Geoff Callahan;
A daughter, McKayla King;
Her parents, Harold and Dina Hopkins;
Brother, Justin Hopkins and his wife, Christal;
And her bonus children, Tyler Callahan and Sydney Callahan.
