Master Chief Petty Officer USN Retired, Harold Dexter Goad, 80, of Whitsett, NC died Tuesday, August 28, 2018.
He was the son of the late George Robert Goad, Sr. and Elsie Virginia Edwards Goad. He was also preceded in death by sisters, Elsie Simmons, Gertrude Goad and Velna Goad.
He served his country honorably in the United States Navy for twenty years retiring as a Master Chief Petty Officer. He carried a passion for the Navy throughout the rest of his life.
