Chandler - Norma Jean (Henry) Butler was born on October 29, 1936 on her family's farm in Afton, Iowa.
She went to be with Jesus and her family on August 30, 2018.
Norma enjoyed growing up on her family farm and spoke of it often. She loved to reminisce about her high school years and enjoyed attending her class reunions. She was a secretary for numerous attorneys and the City of Phoenix for over 30 years. After retirement, Norma enjoyed volunteering with the VA nursing home where she gave of herself and was compassionate with our Nation's veterans. Norma was an inspiration to her family and she will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her daughters Kathy (Mike) and Debbie (John), brother (John), four grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents (David and Hattie), husband (Wayne), sister (Ellen) and granddaughter (Catherine).
A private family service will be held on Friday where she will be laid to rest with "The Love of Her Life".
