She was born on February 1, 1977 at Camp Lejuene, North Carolina, and graduated from high school in Coweta, Oklahoma in 1995.
She was an I&E clerk for Phillips 66, and a “supermom.”
Angie loved spending time with her family. She loved being outside, camping, watching sports, and spending time with her husband and children. She also loved cooking, entertaining, and cheering on her favorite sports team, the Texas Tech Red Raiders.
Angie was known for being a caring, loving person. She will always be remembered for her contagious laugh and beautiful smile. Her beautiful blue eyes always had a twinkle in them.
She is survived by her husband, Howie Lewis, of the home; her father, Mark W. Vance; her mother, Mary M. Thomas; her children, Allie Byrd and Zane Byrd; and her step-children, Hunter Lewis, Shea Lewis; and a grandson, Brycen Lewis.
She is also survived by her siblings, Melissa Skipper, J.J. Whitekiller, Amelia Vance, and Christopher Vance; her grandmother, Ilene Vance; and her mother-in-law, Charlotte Lewis; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Interim Hospice for the excellent care they provided.
Angie was much loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
