She was a member of Beechmont Baptist Church where she also taught Sunday School.
Patsy is preceded in death by her father, Henry Roy Combest.
Survivors include her husband of 22 years, Carter Hughes; a son, Tyler Hughes; her mother, Corrine (Duggins) Combest; a sister, Terrie Dalton (Donnie); a half-brother, Gerald Combest (Cathy); nephew, Matthew Marcum and several nieces & nephews.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Yeaman Cemetery in Grayson. Visitation will be 1:00 - 8:00 P.M. Tuesday
