One of these is a Cenotaph (empty memorial) for Lydia. Also, she & her husband (Asa) were originally buried in the Seward Cemetery, and later added a memorial gravestone (and maybe reinterred) in the East Northwood Cemetery.
There is no record of either one being reinterred in the East Northwood Cemetery. The gravestone monument in the East Northwood Cemetery was placed there years after many of the Sewards deaths. The two youngest Sewards passed away almost 15 years before the East Northwood Cemetery was opened, therefore buried elsewhere before or their names were added to the monument as a tribute only, which would make it a true Cenotaph (Empty Memorial).
Until records are found the actual buried location is unknown.
