Jewel Maurine DUNN (02/10/1925 - 08/20/2018)

Our beautiful mother, Jewel Hughes Dunn (Age 93), left us on Monday, August 20, 2018, in Forest Grove, Oregon. She was born to Lester and Florence Robinson Hughes on February 10, 1925, in Wenatchee, Washington. She married our dad, William W. Dunn, of Waurika, Oklahoma, in 1946. Mom and Dad spent most of their married and family life in Spokane, living on the south hill, where mom was employed at Sacred Heart Hospital.

Dad preceded her in death on April 1, 1987.

Mother is survived by her daughters, Cheryl Dunn Biehl (Alan) and Christine Dunn Begg (John), granddaughters, Taylor Begg, Elizabeth Munoz, and Emily Ashby, and great-grandchildren: Cyrus Biehl, Lilia Biehl, Adam Penney, Angelina Munoz, and Axel Dreissen.

She will be laid to rest with our dad at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon. Na pen, Mom.
