Diana Elaine Goodwin, 64, of Procious, went home to be with the Lord Friday, August 31, 2018, at home after a long illness.

She was a member of Burke United Methodist Church. She was also a volunteer for the Gerald Freeman Camp Ground at Sutton Lake for 20 years where she was the Activities Coordinator. Elaine was a seamstress and quilted for Cabin Creek Quilts.

She was the daughter of the late Donald and June Cane Legg. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Steve Craig Goodwin; brothers, Vernon "Bub" Legg and Clyde Legg; sister, Brenda Spangler.

Elaine is survived by children, Christy (Shane Koch, Steve (Stephanie) Goodwin, Kimberly (Chad) Skiles and Brayden Goodwin; sisters, Donna Hamrick and Debbie Legg; grandchildren, Jeremy, Sabrina, Hollie, Destinee, Emily, Samantha, Blake, Haylee and Oliva; great-grandson, Cameron.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, at Matics Funeral Home, Clendenin, with Pastor Kenneth Tanner officiating. Burial will be in White Cemetery Bomont, WV. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 4, at the funeral home.
